Slim Willis was a Chicago based blues harmonica player and this 45 came to Reginald through the Big Bill Hill connection along with the Little Eddie & Heavenly Kings Singers sides. He has earlier 45s on Biscayne & CJ and before that recorded with Johnny Young & Otis Spann & gave guitarist Jimmy Johnson (brother of Syl) early work. The Reginald 45 is a awesome raw slice of funky blues and is well worth grabbing.
